My work focuses on designing operational systems, elevating underutilized talent, and building services that drive sustainable growth.
Over the years, I’ve led remote teams across the U.S., Philippines, India, and Argentina—growing companies from proof of concept to profitability. From building infrastructure for rental portfolios to streamlining hiring systems and advising early-stage startups and small businesses, I’ve found purpose in the intersection of systems thinking, creativity, and people-first leadership.
Much of my journey has centered on creating opportunities—for workers, for communities, and for emerging small businesses. At every stage, the most meaningful outcomes weren’t just metrics—they were the people who stayed, grew, and took pride in shaping the work with me.
My roots are in public service. Early work in affordable housing, youth advocacy, and economic development continues to shape my values and long-term vision. I believe inclusive systems, strong teamwork, and clear communication drive lasting success. (Also: the world would be friendlier if everyone wore name tags.)
Outside of work, I find energy in movement and music—skiing, tennis, and producing AI-generated tracks. I’m always excited to collaborate on ideas that blend business with impact, and to support others navigating their own path to purpose.
